Recruitment for Research Assistants / Visiting Students (Fall 2026 – Spring 2027)

I. Basic Recruitment Information:
• Positions: Research Assistant, Visiting Student;
• Number of Vacancies: 2~3;
• Start Date: Positions available starting anytime between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.

II. Training & Program Details:
• Position Roles:
- Visiting Student: Open to current Master’s or PhD students from domestic universities; involves conducting targeted research projects in the lab (full-time or remotely);
- Research Assistant: Open to recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduates; involves full-time research work in the lab, alongside responsibilities for daily lab operations and project support.
• Collaboration Goal: Both positions aim to complete a research project that yields tangible, visible outcomes;
• Research Scope: Focuses on two areas—full-duplex backscatter technology and AI-driven metasurface design. Research content, technical approaches, and milestones will be jointly defined; under the supervisor's guidance, the candidate will complete 1–2 research sub-projects and produce at least one high-quality academic paper.

III. Requirements:
• Research Assistant: Must possess a research foundation or capability in RF, microwave engineering, or artificial intelligence;
• Visiting Student: Must obtain approval from his/her supervisor and commit to the project timeline;
• Time Commitment: Must commit to full-time work in the lab or remotely (remote option for Visiting Students only) for a period of no less than one year.

IV. Support & Benefits:
• Visiting Student: Stipends provided based on national grant standards for graduate students; accommodation arrangements can be discussed separately;
• Research Assistant: Monthly salary range of CNY 8,000–15,000 (negotiable based on qualifications, research capability, and specific duties);
• Facilities: Access to state-of-the-art microwave, RF, and communication testing instruments and experimental facilities to support project execution.
