Opening Postdoct Positions at MARS Lab

Research Areas: Microwave, RF circuits, and systems. The lab currently focuses on: 1. Full-duplex system technologies; 2. Co-design of antenna-on-chip and integrated circuits; 3. AI-driven generative design of microwave devices.

Compensation & Packages:
• General Postdoctoral Program: Annual salary starting from CNY 350,000.
• Outstanding Postdoctoral Program: Annual salary starting from CNY 450,000.
• Guangdong Overseas Postdoctoral Talent Program: Annual salary starting from CNY 600,000, accompanied by a housing subsidy of CNY 400,000 provided by Guangdong Province upon staying to work in Guangdong after completion.
* In addition to the base salary, performance-based bonuses will be provided by the MARS Lab.
