To address the bottlenecks of low gain and low efficiency in sub-THz systems, our research focuses on advanced antenna-circuit integration for high-performance wireless communication and sensing. By proposing high-gain microbump antenna-on-chip and high-efficiency on-chip radiators, we have explored viable pathways for CMOS-based high-speed wireless links and imaging applications in the sub-THz frequency range.
